INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 30th day of September, 2024, by and between The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and RWC Asset Management LLP (the “Adviser”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of England and Wales, with the Adviser’s principal place of business at Verde 4th Floor, 10 Bressenden Place, London, England, SW1E 5DH.

EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of September 30, 2024, by and between RWC Asset Management LLP (the “Adviser”) and The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund III (the “Trust”) (the “Agreement”), on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (the “Funds”).

This Amendment to Custodian Agreement (the “Amendment”) is made effective as of September 9, 2024 by and between THE ADVISORS’ INNER CIRCLE FUND III (the “Fund,” including on behalf of each of its separate series listed on Schedule I), a management investment company organized as a Delaware statutory trust and registered with the Commission under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the 1940 Act), and BROWN BROTHERS HARRIMAN & CO., a limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of New York (“BBH&Co.” or the “Custodian”).
