This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of October 2nd_, 2024, by and among First Trust Exchange-Traded Fund, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), First Trust Advisors L.P., an Illinois limited partnership (the “Manager”) and a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), and WCM Investment Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a registered investment adviser with the SEC (the “Sub-Adviser”).
