In this agreement, “you” and “your” refers to the parent/guardian and the student enrolled in the Euclid City School District [ECSD]. The “device” refers to an iPad for students in grades K-5, and a Chromebook for students in grades 6-12.

The Lakewood City School District will be supplying students in grades 1-12 with a Chromebook device. This device will be property of the district. The supplied device will provide each student access to educational materials needed for instruction during the school year. The Chromebook will allow student access to the Google Suite (G Suite) for Education Apps and other web-based educational tools required by the curriculum. The Chromebook is an educational tool and is not intended for gaming, social media/networking or high end computing.

Caswell County Schools retains sole right of possession of the Chromebook. Caswell County Schools lends the Chromebook to the students during the academic year for educational purposes only. Additionally, Caswell County Schools administrative staff and faculty retain the right to collect and/or inspect Chromebooks at any time, including via electronic remote access and to alter, add or delete installed software or hardware.
