This is a collective bargaining Agreement between certain individual members of the Associated General Contractors of Washington, a Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”), and Local 528 affiliated with the Operative Plasterers and Cement Masons International Association, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”), and shall constitute an Agreement between the parties hereto for the work, conditions and wage rates provided for herein in the territory as described in Article 2.
Major changes in the FY 2025-2028 agreement2028 Agreement • June 9th, 2024
This contract, if approved, will provide major progress on salary compression and other issues. Raises for Full and Associate professors provide some immediate relief, with an additional minimum of $1.2 million in funding upon the completion of the salary study. These raises match long overdue increases to dollar minimums for promotional raises, which will ensure decent promotion raises for years to come. The total guaranteed increase to faculty is c. $5.4 million over four years.
