This Agreement for Development and Option to Repurchase (“Development Agreement”), is entered into as of April 6, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of North Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency, a public body, corporate and politic (“Agency”), and KL QOZB II, LLC, a Delaware limited-liability company (“Developer”). Agency and Developer may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
