THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the [@Day] day of [@Month] 2017, ("Effective Date"), between the Judicial Council of California (“Judicial Council”) and [@Name] (“Contractor”).WITNESSETH: That the Contractor for and in consideration of the covenants, conditions, agreements, and stipulations of the Judicial Council hereinafter expressed, does agree to furnish to the Judicial Council the services and materials set forth in the Scope of Work (see Exhibit C) pursuant to the Contract Documents (as defined in Exhibit A).
