This AGREEMENT is made on the day of the month of 2012 between, Udyog Bandhu, a Society registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 and having its office at 12-C Mall Avenue, Lucknow (hereinafter referred to as the “the Udyog Bandhu” which expression shall include its successors) of the first Part, and, M/s (hereinafter referred to as the “Knowledge Partner” which expression shall include its successors) of the Second Part.
