THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Nebraska (“City”) and the Lincoln Parks and Recreation Foundation, a Nebraska non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation (“Foundation”) as of the date of full execution below for the purpose of setting forth the parties’ respective obligations for management and use of a specialized fund.
