States Department of Agriculture - Forest Service, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), the San Bernardino County Flood Control District (District), the City of Big Bear Lake (City), Big Bear Municipal Water District (Water District), Big Bear Mountain Resorts (Resorts), Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board (Regional Board), and the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA) to form the Big Bear Lake TMDL (Total Maximum Daily Load) Task Force (Task Force) and implement the requirements of the TMDL.
