This agreement for the provision of GIS integrated asset and pavement management, mapping solutions, and IT consulting (“Agreement”), is made and entered into this 20th day of July, 2010 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands (“City”) and Enterprise Information Solutions (“Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and together, as the “Parties.”
