This Amendment No. 32 (“Amendment”) is entered into as of January 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CalSAWS Consortium, a joint powers authority (herein referred to as “CalSAWS” or “Consortium”), and Regional Government Services Authority (“RGS”), a joint powers authority. This Amendment No. 32 shall amend the Amended and Restated Agreement for Management and Administrative Services between the parties, dated March 27, 2020, as amended (the “Agreement”).
