This Disclosure and Agreement is amended from time to time (“Agreement”) and sets forth the terms and conditions governing the use of the ATM Card (“Card”) and/or MASTERCARD Debit Card (“MasterCard Check Card” or “Card”) issued to you at your request by Safe 1 Credit Union (“Credit Union” or “us” or “we”). This Agreement takes the place of all prior agreements and disclosures governing the use of your Card. By retaining, using, or allowing others to use your Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
