THIS BASIC EDISON-ESP SERVICE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Energy Service Provider named in Attachment A hereto (“ESP”) and Southern California Edison Company (“Edison”). ESP and Edison are sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as a “Party.”
