This is an invitation for you to submit quotations to provide Computer Equipment for the Washington Convention Center Authority (WCCA). WCCA is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Computer Equipment. This requirement is set- aside for Local Small, Disadvantage Business Enterprise (LSDBE) only. Preference points will be considered in accordance with the Small Local, Disadvantage Business Enterprise Act of 2005 and considered for evaluation purposes. Your quotation shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Attached for your consideration is the format draft for the BPA.
