This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between these three parties herein where the first party is ___________________ (“Company 1”) having a known address of ___________________, the second party is ___________________ (“Company 2”) having a known address of ___________________, and the third party is ___________________ (“Company 3”) having a known address of ___________________. All parties are herein referred to individually as “party” and in any combination collectively as “parties.” All parties agree to enter a mutually confidential relationship with respect to preventing the unauthorized disclosure of certain proprietary and confidential information, hereafter remaining the “Confidential Information,” as defined below.
