The terms and conditions laid out below outline the contract made between Endeavours Student Adventures Limited, trading as Endeavours Adventures (“EA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) whose registered office is: 16 Rhodes Drive, Harrogate, HG29QJ, England (Company Number 12196235), with the “Participant” (“You and “Your”), who is the named person on the booking, and the Charity for whom You have chosen to fundraise for “the Charity”.
