This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Oakland County, a Municipal and Constitutional Corporation, 1200 North Telegraph Road, Pontiac, Michigan 48341 ("County"), and the City of Madison Heights ("Public Body") 300 West Thirteen Mile Road, Madison Heights, MI 48071. County and Public Body may also be referred to jointly as "Parties".
