This MASTER AMENDMENT TO COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of February 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and among OASIS PETROLEUM NORTH AMERICA LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“OPNA”), OASIS PETROLEUM MARKETING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“OPM”), OASIS MIDSTREAM SERVICES LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“OMS”), OASIS MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“MLP”), OMP OPERATING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“OMP”), and BIGHORN DEVCO LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Bighorn”).
