What is a Community Workforce & Training Agreement (CWTA)? A labor agreement to promote efficiency of construction operations during the construction of the Sacramento Kings Entertainment and Sports Center Project, and to promote participation of local workers in the Project and provide for the peaceful settlement of labor disputes and grievances without strikes or lockouts, thereby advancing the Owner's objectives and promoting the public interest in assuring the timely and economical completion of the Project, while also increasing construction skills training and employment opportunities for workers and residents of the City of Sacramento and the region.
