Orange Street, Lititz, PA 17543 (the “District”), and Full Service Concessions Group, a company organized and existing under the laws of Pennsylvania, with its principal office located at 1901 Olde Homestead Lane, Lancaster, PA 17601 (“Concessionaire”).
