Kean ("Kean") Lakes Kean Argovitz Resorts-California, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the "Project Company"), Lakes Entertainment, Inc. f/k/a Lakes Gaming, Inc. ("Lakes Entertainment"), and Lakes Jamul, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "LAJA" and which entity is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lakes Gaming and Resorts, LLC which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lakes Entertainment).
