This submission agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between you and Elektra Records LLC ("Sponsor") in connection with your submission of an audio recording and/or other content (the “Entry”) relating to the recording by the artist p/k/a “Phil Good” (“Artist”) of the musical composition entitled “How Do I Feel” (the “Song”).
