In order to provide our families with a system of enrollment that is seamless and paperless, while providing choices, we utilize a continuous enrollment system where students are continually enrolled from their initial enrollment into SCS until the graduation of the student(s) from Sarasota Christian School, or the termination of this agreement as provided herein. Accordingly, the term of this agreement shall be in effect from the date of enrollment and shall renew automatically for each successive academic year until graduation from SCS, unless this agreement is terminated by SCS or written notice of termination from the parent/guardian is received in the SCS Admissions Office on or before March 1 of each year. Simply stated, if a student(s) will not be returning the following school year, the parent/guardian assumes all responsibility for notifying SCS in writing by March 1 of the current school year.
