The Agreement is made this 17th day of October 2017, by and between Goodman Specialized Vehicles, LLC [VA Dealer], of 9110 Pridesville Road, Amelia, Virginia 23002 and Kovatch Mobile Equipment Corp. T/A KME Fire Apparatus [Manufacturer] of One Industrial Complex, Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania 18240 (parties of the first part, who are jointly and severally responsible for performance of this contract and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
