THIS AGREEMENT, made June 8, 2017 by and between Rohrer Bus Service, Duncannon, Pennsylvania 17020, (hereinafter "Contractor"), and the "Lewisburg Area School District", with its administrative office located at 1951 Washington Avenue, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania 17837, (hereinafter "District").
