This Copromotion Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 16, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Wyeth, acting through its Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Division, having a place of business at 500 Arcola Road, Collegeville, Pennsylvania 19426 (“Wyeth”) and Impax Laboratories, Inc., having a place of business at 30831 Huntwood Avenue, Hayward, California 94544 (“Impax”).
