the undersigned, hereby agree to enter into this Contract on the following terms and conditions as Party B has designated the General Center for Academia-Industry Collaboration of National Chung Hsing University (hereinafter referred to as the Administrative Agency) for the administration of the 2022 High-level Talent Development Project in Key Industries of the Ministry of Science and Technology (hereinafter referred to as the Project), and the Administrative Agency assigns Party C for internship at Party A. The terms in relations to the rights and obligations of the undersigned during the period of this project are set below:
