This Agreement, upon execution by the Union and by the JPC, (herein collectively, the “Parties”), will be binding upon JPC authorizers, such companies having authorized the JPC to negotiate and execute this Agreement on their behalf as of the effective date of this Agreement. Upon execution by the Parties, COVID safety calls will no longer be necessary for JPC authorizers.

The terms of this Addendum are in addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the COVID-19 Commercial Production Safety and Testing Protocol Agreement date 4/16/21 (“COVID Safety Protocol Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the COVID Safety Protocol Agreement and/or the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract.

⮚ The employer must schedule a pre-employment test within 3 days prior to your start date – weekends not included – until February 1, 2021, and within 48 hours (2 days) thereafter. For example, if you are tested on a Friday, they can hold your start day until the following Wednesday before the end of the year, then Tuesday thereafter.
