researcher agreement (“Researcher Agreement”), which is between you and Trend Micro Incorporated (“Trend Micro”). Your participation as a security researcher (“Researcher”) in the Program will be contingent upon your compliance with the terms of this Researcher Agreement. This Researcher Agreement supersedes all prior agreements previously in effect between Trend Micro and each Researcher, including agreements entered into with TippingPoint Technologies, Inc.
