AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Bainbridge Island, a Washington municipal corporation (“City”), Central Highlands Inc., a Washington corporation (“Central Highlands”), Wallace Cottages, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Wallace”), and Madison Place, LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Madison”) (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”). The effective date (“Effective Date”) of this Agreement shall be the date of complete execution hereof.
