This Agreement is entered into on the 26th day of March, 2013 (“Effective Date”) by and between the municipalities of Acton, Alfred, Arundel, Berwick, Biddeford, Buxton, Cornish, Dayton, Eliot, Hollis, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Kittery, Lebanon, Limerick, Limington, Lyman, Newfield, North Berwick, Ogunquit, Old Orchard Beach, Parsonsfield, Saco, Sanford, Shapleigh, South Berwick, Waterboro, Wells, York , the participant municipalities hereinafter referred to, all being bodies politic and corporate located in the County of York and State of Maine and also including the York County Emergency Management Agency (YCEMA).

This is an agreement made by and among the governmental entities and emergency management services and partners throughout Northern Colorado that have a role in preparing for, responding to, and/or recovering from disasters and emergencies. This agreement is intended to allow for mutual aid between the parties whenever there is an urgent or potentially significant situation that threatens the general welfare and good order of the public, public health, public safety, or property, including but not limited to “Disasters,” “State of Emergency,” or “Local Emergency.”
