These Terms and Conditions, together with the Dispatch Instructions and Order Information, collectively constitute the "Agreement" between Montway LLC. ("Broker") and Mach One Transport LLC ("Carrier") for the transportation of the vehicle(s) identified therein (the "Vehicle") on behalf of Broker's shipper-customer ("Customer") from the origin to the destination point identified above (collectively, the "Shipment"). Upon acceptance of the Shipment for transportation, Carrier agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
