This First Amendment to the Distribution Option Agreement (“First Amendment”) is made as of February 12, 2014 (“First Amendment Effective Date”) by and between Reva Medical, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Reva”) and Boston Scientific Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“BSC”).
