Shiawassee Street, Corunna, Michigan (the "City"); the TOWNSHIP OF HAZELTON, a general law township, 7505 Orchard Street, New Lothrop, Michigan; the TOWNSHIP OF PERRY, a general law township, 2770 W. Ellsworth Road, Perry, Michigan; the TOWNSHIP OF SHIAWASSEE, a general law township, 625 Grand River Road, Bancroft, Michigan; and the TOWNSHIP OF VENICE, a general law township, 960 New Lothrop Road, P.O. Box 222, Lennon, Michigan (collectively, the "Townships").
