By way of endorsement to the policy, the parties agree as follows (subject otherwise to all terms, conditions, limits of liability and exclusions of the policy):
AGREEMENT TO INSUREEquipment Insurance Policy • January 15th, 2021
In return for payment of the premium stated on the Tax Invoice, the Insurer (“Chubb”) will cover the equipment on the terms set out in this policy during the period of insurance.
AGREEMENT TO INSUREEquipment Insurance Policy • October 20th, 2015
In return for payment of the premium stated in the Insurance Certificate and Tax Invoice, the Insurer will cover the equipment on the terms set out in this policy during the period of insurance.

In return for payment of the premium stated in the Insurance Certificate and Tax Invoice, the Insurer will cover the equipment on the terms set out in this policy during the period of insurance.
