This Extranet Connection Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed and entered into as of the date last signed (“Effective Date”) by and between Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC (“MIAX”), MIAX PEARL, LLC (“MIAX Pearl”), MIAX Emerald, LLC (“MIAX Emerald”), and/or MIAX Sapphire, LLC (“MIAX Sapphire”), as identified below, each a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 7 Roszel Road, Suite 1A, Princeton, New Jersey 08540 (individually or collectively the “Exchange”), and the extranet provider, as identified below (the “Extranet”).
