This mandate and terms and conditions are entered into for the provision of Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services, by and between you, the Client, whose details are recorded on our system, and FNB Share Investing, a business unit of First National Bank a division of FirstRand Bank Limited (Registration Number 1929/001225/06) (hereinafter referred to as “FNB”), in our capacity as an administrative financial services provider, approved as such in terms of section 8 of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002 (“FAIS”) with license number 3071 (hereinafter referred to as “Share Investing”, “our”, “us” or “we”).
