The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has cooperative agreements with many local jurisdictions around the State in order to pool or share resources in the event of an emergency, or when urgent action is required. The City currently has an agreement that was originally initiated in December of 2011. This agreement is set to expire in April 17 of this year. ODOT has extended the term 10 years through amendment #2 signed by ODOT officials.
