This Software License Agreement is between the American Institute of Chemical Engineers hereinafter known as "AIChE", a New York State not-for-profit corporation and its unincorporated division, the Design Institute for Emergency Relief Systems Users Group, hereinafter known as the "DIERS Users Group", whose address is 3 Park Avenue, New York, New York 10016-5901, and the Licensee whose corporate name and address appear at the end of this Agreement.
