This Agreement is entered into as of this day of , 2017, by, between and among Peoria Unified School District No. 11 of Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (“PUSD”), Challenger Learning Center of Arizona, an Arizona non-profit corporation (“Challenger”) and KMK LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“KMK”). KMK and Challenger are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” or, collectively, as the “Parties.”
