This Agreement is made as of between Williams-Sonoma Singapore Pte Ltd., a Singapore company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“WSI”), on behalf of itself, WSI, and any entity more than 50% owned or controlled by WSI (together
