The requirement for First Nations to agree that FCRSA funds are an accommodation has been removed from the FCRSA template, as a step towards creating more equitable government-to-government relationships, implementing the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and building a New Fiscal Framework between the Province and Indigenous peoples in BC.
