THIS FUNDING AND PROGRAM AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) Number SB21-001 (S0144) is made and entered into in the City of Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, as of July 1, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY (“DEO”), located at 107 E. Madison Street, MSC 110, Caldwell Building, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399, and ENTERPRISE FLORIDA, INC. (“EFI”), located at 800 North Magnolia Avenue, Suite 1100, Orlando, FL 32803. DEO and EFI are sometimes hereinafter referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
