This Client Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the understanding between you (“Client” or “you” or “your”) and Humankind Investments LLC (“Humankind” or “we” or “us” or “our”) regarding the software-based automated investment advisory and portfolio management services we will provide you through the Humankind Portfolios Wrap Fee Program (“Humankind Portfolios” or the “Program”).
