This Intergovernmental License Agreement for the Operation of a Before and After School Care Program (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of the last party to sign below, by and between the Board of Education of Community Consolidated School District No. 15, Cook County, Illinois, an Illinois school district (“School District”), and the Palatine Park District, an Illinois park district and unit of local government (“Park District”). The School District and Park District are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”

An Order authorizing the County Administrator to execute an Intergovernmental License Agreement with the City of Central Point has been prepared as an item for the October 14, 2020, Board Meeting agenda. The Agreement has been approved by County Counsel as to legal sufficiency and is on file in the County Administrator’s Office.
