This Inventions Assignment, Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation and Confidentiality Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Sunlight Financial Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Parent”), and [EXECUTIVE] (the “Executive”), and is effective as of [DATE] (the “Effective Date”).
