Procedure: Agency meets (face to face or via skype) with a job seeker to understand his/her needs correctly, helps prepare appropriate and presentative documentations such as CV, job experience sheet in Japanese. Agency searches the most suitable companies for the job seeker and shares potential company’s profile and job requirements once identified. When agreed by the job seeker, Agency proceeds to introduce him/her to the company. As the job seeker proceeds to interview(s), Agency will provide a mock interview with assumptive questions and coach him/her interview tips. Agency will continue to support till the result comes. Once a hiring letter is issued by the new employer, the job seeker will directly communicate and sign the contract with his/her new employer.
