This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Hood Masters, Inc., 4044 S. 60th St., Omaha, NE 68117 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and Lancaster County, (hereinafter “County”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 25, 2014, under County Contract No. C-14-0155, for Annual Requirements - Kitchen Exhaust Hood & Equipment Cleaning Services, Bid No. 13-307, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
