These Wolters Kluwer General Terms (“General Terms”) constitute an agreement that govern the provision of the Services by Wolters Kluwer Danmark A/S (“Wolters Kluwer”) with company CVR. Number 13386293 to Customer (“Customer”), as more fully identified on any documentation including the order form and/or the invoice. Each of Wolters Kluwer and Customer are referred to as a “Party” and together the “Parties”.
