This Kroger Rewards Prepaid Mastercard Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of your Kroger Rewards Prepaid Debit Card, which includes both the temporary Kroger Rewards Prepaid Debit Card that you purchased at a Kroger Family of Companies location (“Temporary Card”), as well as the personalized reloadable version of your Kroger Rewards Prepaid Mastercard (“Personalized Reloadable Card”) that you receive after you successfully complete the registration process, and the Kroger Rewards Prepaid Mastercard account accessed by your Card (“Account”). THIS IS NOT A GIFTCARD.
